I love these scandals and wear them everyday. However I think the arch support on this pair doesn't feel like the Willow style and the leather isn't as soft. I'm hoping that the quality of the leather hasnt gone done.

Hi Hien, thanks very much for taking the time to write this review. I'm glad to hear that you love our sandals, however, I am sorry to hear that this pair does not feel as good as your last pair. Your issues could be a number of things. Obviously, the pairs you have will be worn in, which will naturally be a lot softer, as they have essentially been softened up with use. It sometimes hard to compare a new pair to an old pair, as they will never be as comfy. It is also possible that the Ochre Tan pigment has had a slightly different effect on the leather, changing the softness. Some colours will affect the leather feeling in a different way. Also, as it's a natural material, it's possible thar the piece of leather in this particular case might be from a different part of the hide to your previous pair. Regarding the arch, there are two possible causes. The footbed is made by injection moulding, there can sometimes be some small variance in the arch due to natural manufacturing variation. The other possibility is that as this is a different style, your foot may be positioned in a slightly different spot on the arch, thereby making it feel like it's different. If you are unhappy with the pair you have received, please get in touch with our customer service through our contact form and we can happily swap it over so that you can try another pair. However, my bet is that the leather will soften up once you wear them a bit more and they will feel just like your other pairs! I hope this helps. Cheers!
