Our experience with our sandals tells us that our footbed fits the majority of different foot shapes exceptionally well. They are not wide, they are not narrow, just normal fitting and seem to be able to be able to adequately cater for all foot types very well.
Specific Fitting Information for each of our Sandals:
Willow This sandal is the by far the most versatile in terms of fit. This sandal seems to fit people with both wide and narrow feet. It is also very forgiving in terms of selecting the correct size. In our fit testing, we found that the Willow you could order up to a size bigger or smaller than normal and it would still fit quite well. As such, this sandal is a brilliant option if you are worried about getting the wrong size as it just seems to fit everyone so well. There are no other specific fitting instructions for this sandal. If by some chance the toe strap does happen to be a little tight at first, with continued use, the soft Nappa leather will stretch and mould to the shape of your foot.
Poppy This sandal seems to fit well on people with both wide and narrow feet. For ladies with a skinny ankle, just make sure the ankle strap is done up nice and tight. For ladies with larger ankles, you may need to create another button whole with a metal skewer. If by some chance the toe strap does happen to be a little tight at first, with continued use, the soft Nappa leather will stretch and mould to the shape of your foot.
Halle There are no specific fitting instructions for this sandal. This sandal seems to fit well on people with both wide and narrow feet as well as people with really high arches. If you have really narrow feet, then the fit will of course be a bit looser, however, we have tested this on people with narrow feet and they have also worn them without issue. The seude and leather material on the Halle will stretch a little, but not much as the material is less elastic.
Jess This suits all foot types EXCEPT for people with a really high arch which results in the characteristic bump on top of your foot (see below picture). If you have the bump on the top of your foot, you will struggle to get into these shoes. Please note; you are likely to know if you have this 'bump' as you will have more than likely encountered this issue in other shoes. If you have never encountered this issue, then it is likely that you will not have this problem with these sandals. The suede material on the Jess sandal will not stretch much as all as it is fairly thick and strong, however, this sandal does have an elastic 'expander' on the inside of the arch to help accommodate different shaped feet.
Please see below image of a high arch and bump on the top of the foot.
General Fitting Info
I have a wide foot, will these fit me?
We have conducted extensive testing of the footbed on people with wide feet and people with wide feet can wear our sandals without issue. For people with wide feet, expect a small degree of overhang along the outside of the foot, however, this is certainly no more (and likely less) than what you would expect from standard ladies footwear. For ladies with wide feet, the most important thing is the sandals are comfortable and the orthotic sits in the correct position on the foot.
I have a narrow foot, will these fit me?
As we have done for people with wide feet, we have conducted extensive testing of the footbed on people with narrow feet and people with narrow feet can wear our sandals without issue. For people with narrow feet, expect the sandal to be a little looser, but again, nothing different from what you would expect from any other ladies shoes.
I have a bunion, can I still wear these?
Yes. All of our sandals are suitable for people with bunions and in fact will be a far superior option for you than wearing flat, non-supportive shoes which are one of main contributing factors in the development of bunions. If you have a tendency to pronate (roll in at the feet), this movement can push the big toe inwards. Having some support can help to support the feet in a more optimal posture and reduce the pressure on the big toe. The 'Halle' crossover sandal and the 'Jess' slide are perfect for people with bunions as they can completely cover them up so that no-one will even notice that you have them!
Do you make more than one width in your footwear?
At this stage, we only make one width in our footwear. In the future, we may consider making wide and narrow fitting options.
What happens if I order and the fit does not work for me, can I send them back for an exchange or refund?

If you wish to have them refunded, then you just need to pay for return postage and you will be provided with a full refund.
