- If you wish to change size, colour, style or arch type for another pair, then we can swap them over at no cost to you (including all return postage cost). 

Conditions are: 

- It's within 30 day's from delivery of the footwear to your doorstep.

- The footwear (and the box) is in a brand new / non-worn condition.

Please note; If you're exchanging an item, please keep in mind, due to high demand for our footwear, availability for your desired exchange may differ at the time of processing. If something is no longer available, a customer representative will contact you to select a new item or arrange a in store credit or refund (whichever you desire). 

- If you no longer wish to keep your footwear, then we will provide you with a full refund or in store credit (whichever you prefer).

Conditions are: 

- It's within 30 day's from delivery of the footwear to your doorstep.

- The footwear (and the box) is in a brand new / non-worn condition.

- For refund request, the customer is required to pay for return postage.

- We can generate you a return postage label (flat fee of $10.00 per pair being returned) or you can arrange your own return postage method. 

-  If using our return postage labels, the total refund or credit amount will be minus the $10.00 per pair being returned. E.g - 3 pairs being returned = $30.00. 

- Please note; Sécra Shoe's accepts no liability for parcels that go missing if our return label has not been used. 

- Refunds will be processed as soon as your return footwear arrives to our warehouse. You will receive a refund notification email once this has been processed, however, time to receive your refund will vary and can sometimes take from 7-30 days depending on your financial institution.

- Yes, you heard correct. You can still send the shoes back for a partial refund, even if they have been worn!

- We know that sometimes you need to wear shoes before you decide whether or not you like them and we want out customers to be able to order with confidence, knowing full well that if the footwear does not turn out the way you wanted them to, then you will not be fully out of pocket. 

- In the event that you wear the footwear and you find that they are not right for you and you do not wish to keep them, then for a product re-stocking fee of 50% of the initial purchase price of the item being returned, we can still issue you with a refund. We hope this allows you to purchase with greater confidence!

- The total refund amount will be minus the product re-stocking fee. E.g - Item Cost $160 × 50% = $80.00 (total refund amount). This price includes all return postage cost (we will generate you a return postage label to return the footwear). 

- If you wish to exchange the footwear for another pair and the footwear is sent back to us and the footwear (and box) is found by our returns inspection team not to be in a brand new / non-worn condition, then you have two options. 

1. If you wish to have the worn footwear returned to you, the cost of the return postage of the footwear will be at your expense (We will send you an invoice for the return postage, flat fee of $10.00 per pair). 

2. If you wish to take us up on our worn exchange policy, (E.g - You wish to swap the worn footwear for another size, colour, style, arch type etc), then we will send you an invoice for 50% of the initial purchase amount. There will be no further cost (price includes return postage cost) and we will swap the footwear over for you as per your request.

Conditions are: 

- It's within 30 day's from delivery of the footwear to your doorstep.

- We stand by the high quality of our footwear at Sécra Shoe's and we want you to have best experience with our shoes possible!

- As such, in the unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty or if you believe that your footwear has developed a fault while wearing them, then please contact us straight away and we will do our best to sort this out for you ASAP!

- We will accept returns on faulty products within a reasonable time frame after assessment by our technical team. This includes assessing the footwear for duration and degree of use. 

- We will not accept warranty claim for items that have degraded due to normal/expected wear and tear caused by prolonged or excessive use.

- Examples of normal wear and tear relative to duration and degree of use include:  

Worn leather / pony hairMarked or stained solesStretched leatherOutsoles that have worn down

- If the initial warranty claim is accepted (assessment via photo's), we will create you a FREE return postage label (it will not cost you anything) so that you can send the footwear back to us for physical inspection by our technical team. 

- If the item is found to be faulty, we will repair (free of any charge), replace, credit or refund your order where appropriate.

- Our returns and warranty policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

Unfortunately returns postage costs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer (until we set up in a warehouse overseas to handle this).  

FYI - outbound Shipping Costs for International Orders are a flat $25,

- If you order the wrong size, colour, or style, we will swap them for FREE.

- If you have a change of mind when they arrive, just pay for return postage and we will provide you with a FULL REFUND. 

- If you have WORN the footwear and you find you're still not COMPLETELY SATISFIED, send them back within 30 days of delivery and we will REFUND you 50% of the money you paid for them. 

- In the unlikely event there is a fault and it has not occurred through normal or expected wear and tear, then we will REPAIR, REPLACE, CREDIT or REFUND you.
