This Exchanges, Returns & Warranty Policy applies to purchases made directly through our official US website at https://secrashoes.com. It does not apply to purchases made through third-party retailers, stockists or resale platforms.

We design every Sécra pair to feel supportive, considered and beautifully wearable. If something is not quite right, the policy below outlines your options clearly, so you can choose the next step with confidence.

Returns and Exchanges

If your shoes are not quite right, you may request a return or exchange within the timeframes outlined below.

All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our returns portal : secrashoes.com/apps/returns

You will need :

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

Return instructions will be provided through the portal. Products must be sent in accordance with those instructions to avoid delays.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Whether you’d like a different size, colour, or style, we’ll make the process seamless. 

To be eligible for an exchange :

  • Shoes must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging

  • The exchange request must be submitted within the eligible timeframe

  • Products marked as Final Sale or non-returnable are not eligible for exchange unless required by applicable law

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send your replacement pair at no cost to you, including exchange postage.

If the replacement item has a higher value, you’ll simply pay the difference. If it has a lower value, we’ll refund the difference once your return has been received and processed.

Refunds

If your shoes aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a product refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Shoes must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging

  • Final Sale items and products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law

  • The refund request must be submitted through our returns portal within the eligible timeframe

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout once your return has been received and inspected.

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Carrier and banking timeframes may vary once a refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees apply only when you select a refund.

A return processing and shipping fee of $10 per pair will be deducted from your refund or charged during the return process. This fee covers return handling and tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

Return fees are disclosed in this policy and during the return initiation process before your return is confirmed.

Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Products

If your product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with applicable US consumer protection laws.

In these cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and may offer a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

For residents of states where specific consumer warranty laws apply (eg., California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act), this policy shall be interpreted to provide the maximum protection required by law, and any provision found to be unenforceable shall be severed without affecting the remainder of the policy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any non-waivable rights you may have under federal or state law.

6 Month Warranty

Every pair of Sécra shoes is made with care and craftsmanship, and we stand behind their quality.

Our 6-Month Warranty covers manufacturing or material faults that occur within six months of purchase.

Covered under warranty:

  • Structural or stitching faults

  • Hardware faults

  • Material defects that affect comfort, performance or wearability

Not covered under warranty:

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or improper care

  • Damage caused by exposure to excessive water, heat or unsuitable conditions

  • Natural variations in leather tone, texture or finish

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of the full pair of shoes

  • A brief description of what has happened

If approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and what is required under applicable law.

We aim to review warranty claims within 72 hours and resolve approved claims as quickly as possible.

Retail Purchases

This policy applies only to products purchased directly through our official US website.

Retail partners are independent businesses and set their own return policies. If your shoes were purchased from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly for assistance.

If the retailer is unable to assist, you may contact Sécra Customer Care. Any support offered will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Chargebacks

If a refund is issued in accordance with this policy, customers agree not to initiate a chargeback with their payment provider for the same transaction.

If a chargeback is initiated after a refund has been processed, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and recover associated fees where permitted by law.

Excessive or Abusive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, refunds or warranty claims in cases of excessive, abusive or fraudulent return activity, as determined in our reasonable discretion.

This may include repeated returns, bulk purchases made with the intention of returning, misuse of our returns process or conduct that is inconsistent with the intended purpose of this policy.

We reserve the right to blacklist accounts and refuse service to any individual who exceeds a 15% return-to-purchase ratio over a rolling 12-month period. Such determinations are final and at the sole discretion of Sécra Shoes LLC.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sécra Shoes from any third-party claims, damages or costs, including legal fees, arising from the customer’s breach of this policy or misuse of the returns process, where permitted by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute arising from this policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Customers agree to resolve disputes through individual, binding arbitration rather than in court, and waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
