The shoes are a very strange size and fit. I have always been an 8.5 - 9 in shoe size (even Archie’s). The 8.5 did not fit or the 9 (exchange was swift and easy), the arch in the shoe pushes your foot right back in the shoe so your heel overhangs the back of the Sandlewood. I eventually got a 9.5 which my heel does not overhang but there is a huge space in front of my toes. So very strange fit but it is ok.

The straps across the top of my foot are a little tight however I think with more wear that will improve.
